A very good character study I found of Damon.. :-(

I just don’t care that much.

Damon knew that Caroline visited this cafe on a regular basis, that’s why he was here now. He wanted to see her, or shall we say, have a little fun with her. Yea, she was just a pawn in his little game, but her blood tasted so good that he could just drink her up, all day, every day. So there he sat, in one of the booths, waiting to catch a glimpse of the blonde.

After awhile, Damon finally got up and moved over to the writing board, he didn’t know why he wanted to, but he felt compelled to write a little message.

"My sweet, sweet Caroline, where are you? You know, I could drink a case of you darling, and I would still be on my feet."

Damon smirked as he turned and walked away from the wall.

When it’s over I’ll be the one laughing. Those pathetic fools think they know it all, think they can get us, but they can’t. I’ve already been outsmarting them, just a little bit longer till everything comes around and they are dead. Oh the gruesome terror I could unleash on this town, they would never see it coming. I just have to figure out a new way to bring them back, and then, they will all pay for what their family did in the past.

Sometimes I dream of her, I dream of what it used to be like. Stefan doesn’t know a thing, he doesn’t know what it was like to actually love her and not be fooled by her. I dream of all the plans we had, of all that might have been, if only they still could be. But, alas, they shall never be. Unless of course, I bring her back. I don’t know how that will happen, but I will find a way. I have to find the group that Logan was talking about. The group that planning to bring her them back.

Really, Caroline, you didn't need to.

You're right, I don't eat them, and really didn't need one. [really could care less about the damn gift, but for the hell of it, he'll pretend he cares..] Guess it was sweet of you and it's a good way to keep my secret safe. Now everyone will think I eat cookies.
